  • My husband, son and I found Crosspointe when we moved to Cary 5 years ago and have truly found our spiritual home there. It's not a traditional liturgical church like many of the Protestant churches but we do have a simple, fairly predictable rhythm to the service that we follow most every week. While one might find a few hands in the air or hear clapping during of after the music, we are not a typical Pentacostal church where people speak in tounges or fall out in the spirit either.

What is Crosspointe? It's a place where everyone is welcome, loved and, accepted. Its a place for believers and those with questions. It's a place where God is at work in a might way and our family LOVES it!!!

  • I have been attending Crosspointe for two years now. My kids are excited every week to go, as am I. Its the first church I have really felt I belong too and the teachings are amazing every single time. I can apply them to life and really have been able to find my relationship with God and Jesus. Love, love, love my church, so proud to be apart of the community at Crosspointe!

  • We've attended this church for years, and my wife, kids, and their friends look forward to going every week. Fantastic kid's programs at all ages; relevant and thought provoking messages; excellent music/worship; loving and caring community who integrate the Gospel of our Father and Christ into their lives. I'm normally there for the early service greeting people. All are welcome; I hope to see you soon.

On July 3, 2016 we were first time out-of-town visitors. We did a little research online and saw that you were a Christian church. We liked the idea of a contemporary worship service, utilizing today's technology. Everyone was friendly, so we were really looking forward to worshipping with this new group. Our hope was to attend a worship service that focuses on Jesus and His love and faithfulness. Maybe we visited on an off day, but this service focused on understanding human nature. It was a good thing that the sermon was about having patience and controlling anger because we were thinking about leaving after the opening songs. There was great music but no worship of Jesus; the songs were all about human nature and not about God; they were not songs of worship and adoration of Jesus. Plus hardly anyone sang along because it was as if we were being entertained by the music. Then the sermon was more like a self help counseling session, rather than a sermon proclaiming the Gospel message that Jesus is the Savior of the world and He loves us unconditionally. I'm hopeful that this is a group of loving, godly people, but I just wish that the focus had been all about God and not so much about human nature. The website does mention that communion is self serve in the back, but I expected at least a one sentence explanation. Taking communion is something that should be taken very seriously, not as a passing thought on the way out; it felt irreverent.
