  My family enjoyed our time at Colonial as I was pursuing my degree at Shepherds Theological Seminary, which is housed on the church's campus.

  This is a good church, because it has solid biblical based teaching, which is what the Gospel is all about. There are so many churches today that teach a light-weight Gospel, aiming to bring people in and make them feel comfortable, rather than feel convicted that they are sinners in need of a savior and that need to live a life of continuous repentance, striving for holiness. If anyone doubts that is the church's mission, they are ignorant of the Gospel and should pull their heads out of the sand! This church is the real deal in today's American apostasy of churches with Joel Osteen and his peers preaching Psychology and not the Gospel!

  Colonial the best Baptist Church in the area for a myriad of reasons. The preaching is scripturally based and accompanied by a full orchestra that mixes hymns and contemporary music together during the service. The children's and youth programs are extensive with Sunday and Wednesday night studies, though they do not do Sunday School for youth. They have three service times with plenty of parking and official traffic directors for exiting.

  Great preaching and great people. I especially love their college class. C2 is a great place for community and Christian fellowship.
